Australia and New Zealand: 25 - 30 Business days
There can be some shipping delays during busy periods.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes etc.

Note that shipping and handling will take up to 3 days from the day of your purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number in your email.
If you have not received a tracking number, email us at email@example.com.
It takes a long time to achieve final results - each porcelain jewelry piece is finished with a gloss glaze, hand-painted with 24k gold luster and fired 3 times total. Please note that each pair might be slightly different as each item is handmade.
Made in Latvia by ceramics designer Madara Rozentale.
You may wash with soap and polish with a soft cloth. To escape from irreversible marks, try to keep jewelry away from any contact with abrasive materials.
Jewelry is packaged in our brand gift box and shipped in a bubble mailer.
If you are not satisfied with your order, purchased on www.rozenthal.eu, you can return necklaces within 14 days of receipt. Refund will be made once we receive the jewelry.
We do not offer free returns unless the item is faulty.
Please note that all orders must be returned in their original condition. We recommend shipping items with a trackable carrier as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. After 14 days, all sales are considered final.
Please send a brief e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, the item, and the invoice number before sending the order. We will send you the instructions for returning your item.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Porcelain is a fragile material and can break if not handled with care. Please be careful not to drop your jewelry! We do not take responsibility for jewelry that is damaged by the wearer.

If your order has been returned back to us and the provided address was incomplete or the order was not picked up from the post office, the buyer is responsible for paying for the shipping fees.
If you would like a refund instead, we can refund the item value but not the shipping fees.
