The above-stated shipping times are estimates provided by our shipping partners. Holidays, strikes, postal or address errors, congestion (e.g., Black Weekend, Christmas season, lockdown), or unforeseen events may delay delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Shipping and handling will take up to 3 days from the day of your purchase.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes etc.

Where's my order?
If you have not received your order after the estimated delivery time has passed, please contact us info@rozenthal.lv.
We also suggest contacting your local post office or the delivery you chose (DPD, for example) with the tracking number you received. Sometimes there's issues with delivery address and they will be able to help.
There's an issue with the order I received.
Please send us an email info@rozenthal.lv
with a photo of the jewelry you received. The jewelry must be in the original packaging.
My tracking information says "Failed delivery attempt". Why?
Usually, it means there's an issue with the delivery address. Please contact your local post office and provide them your tracking number.
Orders that are not picked up in 1-2 weeks will get sent back to us.
Materials & care
Is your jewelry handmade?
Yes, all Rozenthal jewelry is handmade, there may be slight differences that make each piece unique.
From polishing to glazing and painting with gold - everything is done in our small studio in Riga.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
You can polish your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth.
Store in a dry environment.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
100% waterproof: We use 14k gold-filled for earring hooks and stainless steel for hoops, stud earrings and necklaces. They're completely waterproof, so you don't have to remove your jewelry whenever you shower or go swimming.

Can you replace a lost earring?
Yes, we can if we still have the item in stock. Please email a photo of the earring you have to info@rozenthal.lv and we'll try to help.

Yes, we can! Please email info@rozenthal.lv with the length you'd like.
Do you make custom designs?
No, we do not.
