Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your order, purchased on www.rozenthal.eu, you can return your order within 14 days after receiving the item. A refund will be made once we receive the jewelry. After 14 days, all sales are considered final.

We only offer free returns if the item is faulty. The original shipping fee will not be refunded if you wish to return your order or exchange the item. The fee will be offset from the order if you receive free standard or express shipping.

Please note that all orders must be returned in their original condition. We recommend shipping items with a trackable carrier as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

How to return an item?

Send a brief e-mail to info@rozenthal.lv. Include your name, the invoice number, and the item you wish to return. We will send you the instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Porcelain is a fragile material and can break if not handled with care. Please be careful not to drop your jewelry! We do not take responsibility for jewelry that the wearer damages.

My jewelry arrived broken, what do I do?

We package jewelry carefully, but sometimes it still breaks during shipment. If you've received faulty earrings or a necklace, email us at info@rozenthal.lv and include a photo of the jewelry in its original packaging.
It is important to include the original gift box.
